CUSTOMER CARE
Your experience when ordering wood from us is extremely important, and we do everything we can to make sure the whole process is easy and informative. Because of the nature of our product, once you have purchased an item on our website we will give you a call to arrange delivery.
This is to ensure that you are present so we can place the large wood sacks in a location that best suits you. This may be your garage, a shed or a wood store. We don't stack the wood for you but we will place the wood sacks in your chosen location as best we can.
If you just purchase kindling or small nets of logs then we will leave them in a secure location.
WOOD CUTTING INQUIRIES
Our TAJFUN RCA 400 wood processor, will load, cut, split and place your logs all in one go and comes with a loading deck, tractor and operator that is available for hire on a day rate basis.
Please get in contact with us to discuss how we can help and we will provide you with the quotation of our daily rates.
The wood processor is attached to the back of a tractor and can take up a large amount of space when in operation so please take in consideration that there is enough room to carry out the wood processing.
